Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso

 

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons instant coffee, I use Nescafe

1 tablespoon brown sugar, or to taste 

1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup water

4 – 6 oz oat milk

Ice

 

Method:

Add the instant coffee, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and water to a mason jar. Screw the lid on and shake until thick and foamy, about 30 seconds. Remove the lid, add the ice and oat milk, and sprinkle with cinnamon.

    Mine came out darker than yours, I’ve added about 4 oz of milk is that right? Still tastes bomb tho..
